Roasted Broccoli & Carrots

This is probably my favorite vegetable now.  It is so good and good for you. 

Ingredients :
Fresh broccoli florets (a medium sized bowl full)
Baby carrots ( about a cup and a half )
2 Tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste.

PreHeat oven to 400 degrees.

Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir to mix.

Spray baking sheet with
non-stick spray and spread out broccoli and carrots.

Place in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.  After about ten minutes take pan and shake to "stir" and return to oven to finish cooking.
